I was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome at the age of 35. Anne set me
up with a programme to redress the nutritional imbalances that were
causing the disturbances in brain function that were at the root of my
disorder. I can honestly say that my life has now been revolutionised.
Thanks to Anne I now understand what was wrong and have been able to
repair the damage. The body is a machine and if you put in the wrong
fuel it simply goes wrong. You really are what you eat!

The power of nutritional therapy never ceases to amaze me. The substances we
put into our bodies can have a profound effect on the way we think, feel,
look, function and behave. Making changes to your diet and lifestyle with the
help of a personalised programme from a nutritional therapist can not only
make you feel good; it can literally turn your life around.
Nutri-med is owned and operated by Anne Pemberton, an experienced nutritional
therapist with a twenty-five year background career in nursing and a graduate
of psychology. Anne also holds a diploma at the Institute of Optimum
Nutrition, the brainchild of the renowned Patrick Holford. Her special
interests are autism and mental health, although many other health issues can
be addressed.
Anne is also a Clinical and Academic Tutor on the Diploma in Nutritional
Therapy course, run by Premier
Training International.
